INTRODUCTION

The workpiece is first degreased & rinse to clean all the dirt from objects, then goes to preheating oven to be heated to a certain temperature and then passed through a fluidized bed of plastic powder where the powder particles melt, adhere and flow out to form a smooth continuous PVC coating. It is then post-heated to complete the curing of outer surfaces. Both pre-heating furnace and curing furnace are nature gas heated.

DESCRIPTION

The pretreatment system is adopted a continuous chamber. It consists of top spraying body, water tank in low position, dropping zone with maintenance do and maintenance platform etc.

Chamber
  • The pretreatment system is an enclosed tunnel design with doors in both ends. The main chamber, inner plates, outer plates & top plates are all used stainless steel plates;
  • All the plates are welded firmly to prevent the any situation from leakage;
  • Spraying Chamber is adopted with single layer construction;
  • The spraying section is equipped with water splash guard board in both ends. The processing stage and both entrance and exit are designed as mountain type (or single side) as a slope so that the spraying liquid can return to the tank.
  • In between Chamber bottom & top of water tank has maintenance stair easy to do nozzles maintenance. Meanwhile, it is consisted with stainless screen to avoid the nozzles falling to the tank.
Tank
  • Tank is placed in the bottom of pretreatment chamber so that the spraying liquid can return to itself directly. The body of tank is designed wider than pretreatment chamber and top overhang part is covered with a lid. This can make the pump installation & refill media job much easier.
  • The spraying pump is centrifugal type used for water circulation.
  • Tank is constructed with enclosing single layer
  • The tank is also equipped with a slide type of stainless-steel screening 10 mesh to avoid any litter sucked into the pump itself.
  • The bottom of bank is also constructed with 100mm height footing.
Spraying system
  • The spraying system is consisting of spraying pump, spraying pipes, nozzles, valves & shockproof pressure gauges etc. The principle is to put the tank liquid into spraying pipes through a series of nozzles in order to clean workpiece surface. The piping valves and pressure gauge are used for pump output pressure and its flow adjustment.
  • The spraying pump is adopted vertical type with a rubber shockproof device to avoid resonance in between pump & tank.
  • The spraying main pipe is made of galvanized steel. The valve is screw butterfly valve.
  • The water supply to spraying pipes is from the top area to ensure the pressure from vertical arrangement nozzles is equal (0.1~1.5Mpa).
  • Nozzles is PP type& quick clip-on with cross arrangement.
